Requirements
- Provide assistance to the management team in a manner that will optimise and improve the performance of the HR Department
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and making job offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and develop effective recruitment strategies and processes
- Develop and coordinate the organisation's evaluation process, along with the related outcomes
- Prepare reports and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in cooperation with the respective managers
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify training needs and implement appropriate programs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing timely and effective resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files
- Keep the HR Software up to date with employees’ data
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to recommend updates to policies and procedures as needed
- Acquire any other duties assigned by the management and are related to the activities of the HR Department
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree or professional qualification in related fields, will be considered an advantage
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or in similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
