We are seeking to recruit a full-time Admissions & Marketing Officer to join our growing team at PASCAL Private School Lemesos.

Requirements
- Developing and implementing Admissions & Marketing strategies to attract and engage prospective students
- Serving as the primary contact for admissions enquiries
- Coordinating CRM information flow with organisational stakeholders and track admissions data to inform strategic decisions
- Managing the admissions process from enquiry to enrolment, working with school heads to assess applicants
- Ensuring a seamless registration experience for new students
- Organising and representing the school at tours, events, fairs, open days, and information sessions
- Creating and managing engaging marketing content, including social media, emails, press releases, web content, guides, and prospectuses
- Executing departmental activities according to the Admissions & Marketing plan, applying the local Marketing and Communication plan
- Researching and implementing innovative promotional strategies within deadlines and budgets
- Performing daily marketing tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Communications or related field
- Master’s degree or professional qualification in related to the above fields, will be considered an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in sales, service delivery, student recruitment or a similar role will be considered an advantage
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with digital platforms such us Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
